For more than six people, add $100 more/wk or $20/night up to $100. Maximum occupancy is eight. - Discounted rates are available for multiple week stays during all seasons. - 1 week minimum stay during peak season, 2-night minimum stay off-peak, 3-night minimum for holidays. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend are Friday to Monday and the price is $525 with everything included. - Call or email us for weekday rates. - Monthly rates include $150 of utilities, remainder paid by renter. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are now available! A gift certificate can be requested in any amount. Children Children are welcome, but please be advised that the cottage is not child-safe for small children. You are welcome to move sharp or otherwise dangerous objects up out of reach, however please put them back in their proper place before checking out. Pets Well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no cats, owner allergic. A $100.00 non-refundable pet fee will be charged ($60 if your stay is 4 days or less). 2nd dog is half price. Pets may not be left alone in the house for an extended length of time. * Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on the Colonial Beach public beaches. Students We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 without accompaniment of an adult. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Security Deposit A $200 refundable security deposit is required to book your weekend or weekly stay ($500 for monthly). The deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after your check-out date, if all conditions in the rental agreement have been met. Cancellation Policy More than 60 days: Full refund 30 days or more: Half of rental fee refunded*. Security deposit not refunded. Less than 30 days: No refund*. * Full refunds are made if we can rebook your dates. Please contact us for a full list of our policies.
